P&A's Managed Services Division specialises in the management of outsourcing arrangements for organisations in all key business sectors.  Specifically we are specialist Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) providers to the Brewing, Technology and FMCG industry.  The BPO service covers all aspects of the ‘order to cash’ process incorporating account management, credit control, cash allocation and query resolution.

We work in partnership with blue chip organisations, helping them to deliver world-class credit management and accounts receivable services.  Linking with our other Divisions we are able to provide the full 'order to cash' service extending to debt collection and legal services.  Our clients benefit from a consultancy approach to developing a business partnership which involves highly developed project and process management methodologies and continuously improving performance.

From our Sheffield base we manage outsourcing relationships throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe.  Our multilingual teams are able to provide outsourcing solutions to our clients with a global spread.  Current languages covered include: Italian, German, French Spanish, Hungarian, Portuguese, Egyptian, Chinese and Arabic

Our main aim is to develop long lasting business partnerships which will provide significant performance benefits to our clients throughout the life of the contracted relationship.  All of our business partnerships are measured through clearly defined service level agreements and key performance indicators. 

We work with clients to determine an appropriate cost effective outsourcing solution and manage the ‘project’ from initiation to go live.  We have specialist business processes outsourcing consultants to manage the end to end process ensuring that people are carefully selected, optimised processes are used and appropriate systems are engaged.
